Rob provides tax consulting services to middle-market companies and their owners. He has more than 35 years of experience providing services to companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, and personal service organizations. In addition, Rob provides tax consulting services in advanced planning for structuring the purchase and sale of businesses, structuring ownership transition, wealth planning, partnership taxation and representation before the IRS.
Rob serves as the managing partner of the Wilmington location and throughout his career has held prior leadership positions for tax quality & risk management, partnership taxation and regional leadership.
Rob also believes in giving back to the community. He is a current and/or former Board Member and Officer of several community organizations including Junior Achievement, Good Shepherd Center, The Clark James Foundation, Communities In Schools and Wilmington Downtown, Inc.
